The terms & Conditions set forth below regulate the use of services offered by developers related to the use of troves.gg site. Users are advised to read carefully since it can impact the rights and obligations of users under the law.
By registering and/or using the troves.gg site, the user is deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged and agreed to all the contents in the Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are a form of agreement set forth in a valid agreement between the User and the Developer. If the user does not agree to any, part, or all of the contents of the Terms & Conditions, the user shall not allowed to use the service on the troves.gg site.
The User hereby declares that the user is a capable person and is able to bind himself to a valid agreement under the law.
The Platform does not charge user registration fees
Users who have registered are entitled to act as:
Users who will act as Players are required to register and fill out the User's personal profile. The User agrees and understands that the Platform reserves the right to moderate and/or close the User's account in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
The Platform, without prior notice to the User, has the authority to take necessary action for any alleged violation or breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or applicable law.
The Platform has the authority to close the User's account either temporarily or permanently if there is a violation of the Platform's terms and conditions.
The User is prohibited from creating and/or using any other device, software, features and/or tools that aim to manipulate the Platform's systems, including but not limited to: (i) manipulation of user data; (ii) crawling /scraping activities); (iii) other activities that can reasonably be judged as acts of system manipulation.
The Platform has the authority to make adjustments to the amount of reputation, and/or to moderate/close the User's account, if known or suspected fraud by the User aimed at manipulating user data to improve the user's reputation and/or indicated as an unhealthy competition effort.
User does not have the right to change the User name and/or User account domain, except with prior approval from the Platform or as regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
The user has the right to make changes to the account name as much as the number of opportunities provided and the Platform has the right to change the number of opportunities to change the account name. The User must ensure that the changes to the account name are in accordance with the wishes and are personally responsible for changes to the account name made by the User. The User agrees that any engagements that occurred prior to the name change remain binding on the User.
The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password for all activities that occur in the User's account.
The Platform will not ask for a username, password or email verification code belonging to the User's account for any reason, therefore the Platform urges Users not to provide such data or other important data to parties on behalf of the Platform or other parties whose security cannot be guaranteed.
The User agrees to ensure that the User logs out of the account at the end of each session and notifies the Platform of any unauthorized use of the User's password or account.
The User hereby declares that the Platform is not responsible for any losses or obstacles arising from the misuse of the User's account caused by the User's negligence, including but not limited to lending or providing account access to other parties, accessing links or links provided by other parties, providing or show the verification code, password or email to other parties, or the negligence of other Users which results in losses or problems in the User's account.
Users are required to comply with all rules and regulations in the Forum features available on the Platform, as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
The Platform has the control to ban, sanction, close temporary accounts, etc. if it is deemed that there is a violation by the User of these Terms and Conditions and/or the User takes actions that are deemed not in accordance with the norms of decency, applicable laws and regulations.
Forum Features will be headed, led, supervised and managed by a Forum moderator (“Moderator”), to oversee and manage the matters in Item C number 2 above.
In using any features and/or services of the Platform, Users are prohibited from uploading or using words, comments, pictures, or any content that contains elements of SARA, discrimination, demeaning or cornering other people, vulgar, threatening, advertising or promoting to other people sites other than the Platform Site, or other things that can be considered not in accordance with social values and norms or based on policies determined by the Platform itself.
Users are prohibited from using photos/images of goods that have a watermark indicating the ownership rights of others.
The User hereby understands and agrees that the misuse of the photos/images uploaded by the User that violates the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, is the User's personal responsibility.
The seller guarantees that the uploaded photos/images do not include content that is prohibited under these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws and regulations, and/or there are reports of violations of other parties' property rights, the Platform has the right to take necessary actions for violations of these provisions, including but not limited to content removal and/or other necessary actions.
When the User uploads to the Platform Site with content or posts content, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensed (through multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copyright, publicity, trademark, database rights and intellectual property rights that the User has in the content, in any known media now or in the future. Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights and undertake not to claim such rights against the Platform.
The User guarantees that it does not violate intellectual property rights in uploading User content to the Platform site. Each User hereby is personally responsible for infringement of intellectual property rights in uploading content on the Platform Site.
Content or materials that will be displayed or displayed on the Site/Platform Application through the Feed will be subject to the Platform Terms, legal regulations, and applicable moral norms.
Users or other parties who use the Feed feature are fully responsible for the content or material uploaded through the Feed feature.
The Platform has the right to take down content or material contained in the Feed at any time which is considered to violate the Site Terms and Conditions, applicable legal regulations, and applicable moral norms.
If the User uses the features available on the Platform site, the User hereby declares that he understands and agrees to all the terms and conditions that are specifically regulated in connection with these features, as regulated by the Platform from time to time.
Everything that has not been and/or is not regulated in the special terms and conditions in the feature will fully refer to the general terms and conditions of the Platform.
Platform is a web portal with a Customer to Customer community model, which provides services to Users to be able to interact and communicate on the Platform website. Thus the transactions that occur are transactions between Platform members, so that the User understands that the proportional limitation of the Platform's responsibility is as a web portal service provider for the community.
The Platform always strives to keep the Platform Services safe, convenient and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee continuous operation or access to our Services will always be perfect. Information and data on the Platform site may not occur in real time.
User agrees that you utilize Platform Services at User's own risk, and Platform Services are provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform (including the Parent Company, directors, and employees) is not responsible, and you agree not to hold the Platform responsible, for any damage or loss (including but not limited to loss of money, reputation, profits, or other intangible losses) resulting directly or indirectly from:
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release the Platform (including the Parent Company, Directors, and employees) from claims and demands for damages and losses (actual and implied) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising of or in any way connected with the dispute. Thus, the User intentionally waives all legal protections (regulated in the law or other legal regulations) which will limit the scope of the provisions of this release.
Users will release the Platform from claims for compensation and keep the Platform (including the Parent Company, directors, and employees) from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, made by third parties that arise in the event that you violate this Agreement, use of Platform Services improper use and/or your violation of the law or the rights of third parties.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise out of, relate to, or be in any way related to the site and/or this Agreement will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
Terms & Conditions may be changed and/or updated from time to time without prior notice. The Platform recommends that you read carefully and check this Terms & Conditions page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use the Platform services, the user is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms & Conditions.
